*Spotify Closes Russian Office over Ukraine Situation*

Music streaming giant Spotify has shut its doors indefinitely, after being one
of the first social media companies to comply with a Russian decree in July
2021 - demanding that platforms with 500,000 daily users establish physical
presence in the country.

Earlier this week it removed all content from RT and Sputnik in the EU and the
US, and had reviewed thousands of pieces of content.
