It would have been nicer if the subject line bore the headline of the video.
It seems that Brother Rabbit is a tad lazy to create it manually.  ;) However,
we get the full YT preview icon and the title as a headline automatically on
the Telegram app:  "Desperado - Antonio Banderas - Cancion del Mariachi"
