Search the whatsnew document for the latest release for this:
+ New ANSI viewer has now replaced the old one.
The old one was replaced with a newer one that uses the newer template
system. The menu command changed a little bit.
It looks like at some point I think I overwrote upgrade.txt that comes with
A48 with an older version of itself and lost instructions. Its all in the
whatsnew though, but it looks like I need to rebuild the upgrade instructions
for A48.
