SyncTERM does support RIP graphics. I haven't tried it since I don't know of
any BBSs that are sporting RIP.

Back in the 90's I used ripterm to log into RIPable BBSs, they had a cool look
about them. The door game LORD also supports RIP and looks good with RIP
support.
RIP was a commercial venture back then. If you wanted to go full RIP you could
register and get a RIP editor to create the screens.
Not much ever came of RIP, it was never widely supported but it was cool.
