No there isn't.  It wouldn't really make a lot of sense to do it that way
because you'd be reading responses to message before you see the original
message.

You can use the list of messages to move to newer messages if you have enabled
it so that you start at a list of messages.

And for new users you can configure how you want them to start so they aren't
forced to go through all of the older messages.
