I've also noticed this (and notified g00r00 about it earlier on) -- I believe
that function simply hasn't been implemented yet.

Two other ones that don't work for me are:

[from amsghlp1.asc; Message Index Listing help]
Ctrl-R      = Move to the next page
Ctrl-C      = Move to the previous page

Not sure if the terminal could affect this in any way (I'm using SyncTERM 1.0
which is a bit old).
