Thanks for clearing that up!

The logic I outlined would properly parse all of the FTS complaint examples I
believe, but I will of course double check if Mystic has a problem now and any
adjustments if it does need will be tested to properly parse all 3 of those.

Thank you for providing the FTS so I don't have to dig to find it!  I will
note it in the code for reference! :)
