It's almost always a password problem when this happens.  You'll have to 
carefully check if they match on both ends.  Packet and session passwords.  
There are also passwords for Areafix and Tic files, although those 
wouldn't prevent connection for mail.  In the nodelist it shows that you 
use a non-standard port (24555) for your BinkP, and that he uses the 
standard port (24554).  Are the node definitions on each end saying that?

You're the NC for Net 124.  You don't routinely monitor logs for activity 
and/or problems/issues?  I find that almost impossible to believe.  I don't
know where logs are kept on a Mystic system, but it should be easy to find.

When troubleshooting, assumptions are a bad idea.
