By all means, I never said it was a problem. I originally put this form of
dupe checking in place long ago due to the 10+ other echos I only saw monthly
rule postings in, some of which were more than one post per echo. 

I think it bothered me more when I was reading messages in Synchronet, and
there's no easy way to bypass it quickly. So that one time per month would
increase my newscanning by double the time. Time I didn't have on some of
those occasions. Now with Golded I just right arrow past everything I don't
want to read. :)
