        I am interested in setting up and leaning the backside of networking. 
I would like to dedicate a Windows 10 tower and my cable connection to be a
HUB for networks.  What I am looking for is advise on what software I should
use.  I would like to learn how to hatch weekly nopelists, activate new
accounts fast, compile nodelists and keep the networks flowing.  Where should
I start?
