If you're talking about FTN networking, try BBS_CARNIVAL.  Several BBS
software authors hang out there as do a few tosser authors.  This subject
would be on-topic in there.  I know since I'm the echo moderator. :D  That
echo is for anything that is BBS-related that doesn't specifically have
another echo dedicated to the subject at hand.

I could also help you since I taught myself from scratch how to set up a FTN
network years ago (I run Micronet).  It's not hard to be a hub but you need
to learn how the basics work.  I can recommend some documentation that can
help with your understanding of the subject.
