That depends on your definition of active.  It is still being distributed, but 
traffic has been minimal for a while now.

I've done very little work on JAM databases, although there are a couple of 
minor issues in MBSE that I need to work on fixing.  If you find any 
documentation or notes other than the original JAM API, please send a copy my 
way as well.
