|    Trump will be charged with 'obstruction     |

From: januarybaybee@gmail.com              Mueller has done this very well. He had to operate under the confines of a       Department of Justice investigation - and the guidelines of finding whether       Trump had conspired with 'a foreign country' to interfere with a U.S. election.              There is no crime called "collusion". That's why Trump likes to use it so       much - it's another bit of his fake rhetoric to confuse his stupid followers.               Mueller, in the course of his investigation, found dozens of abuses and crimes       that surrounded Trump and his campaign. Some of those have resulted in       convictions and jailings. Some of them are being conducted right now by FBI       ancillary investigations -        all the result of Mueller's investigation.              Mueller knows that one or more or those will reveal proof of Trump's       obstruction of justice. It could come from new witness testimony, revelations       in financial records, or even findings from one of the many investigations       started by the Democrats        through their Judiciary committees or Congressional investigation. Now that       he has stepped aside, the full report will give them guidance of where to look.              First step: Get full report from William Barr's hands, or through a subpoena       for Barr and Mueller to appear before an inquiry.              Second step: Direct their investigations where Mueller's report indicates       that Trump did, indeed, interfere with an investigation and is guilty of       'obstruction of justice'. That charge has to be brought by a government body       - such as the Democrats now        dominate - not by a court.              I suspect that they will impeach Trump first, then continue with bringing       charges for indictment by the courts as the facts come out of the       investigations currently going on which involve Trump's financial records and       his Campaign Committee's actions and        dealings.              William Barr's opinion is worth nothing. He has a history of speaking on        'protecting a sitting President' and he also works for Trump.               Get the report.... set direction and inquiries to people involved.... impeach       the bastard that currently sits as President. Let Trump crow about being       "exonerated" for a day or two. He'll very soon be railing about being a       target as facts start        tumbling out.              This is just the beginning - starting from the end of the Mueller       investigation.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
