   is wrong.   they have be real dumb if they do not do away with Biden.   
   The true DRB is specific on what a bishop is to consist of.   
   It is certainly not Biden.  And stealing and bribery is wrong,   
   especially with the taxpayers money.  How could they of ever let him run
