   The Bronx sicko who choked a 68-year-old female stranger and forced her to   
   perform a sex act on him has been arrested, cops said Friday.   
      
   Angel Roque, 36, was nabbed Thursday afternoon after witnesses recognized   
   him from a “Wanted” flier linked to the brutal Saturday crime, authorities   
   said.   
      
   Roque approached his victim from behind around 6 a.m. near East 189th   
   Street and Webster Avenue in Belmont and throttled her before pulling her   
   into a garage, where he tried to take off her clothes, cops said.   
      
   He then forced the victim to give him oral sex, authorities said.   
      
   After the attack, the man ran off, cops said.   
      
   Roque was charged with attempted rape, criminal sex act, sex abuse,   
   criminal obstruction of breathing and stalking, police said.   
      
   Roque, who lives just blocks from the scene, has no prior arrests,   
   according to cops.
