On 30 Mar 2022, pothead posted some
   news:t22gqt$3bcbl$151@news.freedyn.de:

   > She had it coming.

Adult film star Lisa Ann showed up and out at Matt Rife's recent comedy
show at Radio City Music Hall. She was arrested and dragged out by the
NYPD after allegedly causing a nuisance at the show, including recording,
refusing to stop, getting loud and disruptive, and kicking the officers.

Ann's disruption is one of many scandals that have recently marred Rife's
comedy shows. Another was his Netflix comedy special scandal. He was
criticized on social media for making jokes about domestic violence and
later refused to address the scandal.

Lisa Ann Was Arrested At Matt Rife's Show

Lisa Ann, an adult film star, caused a scene at comedian Matt Rife's show
at Radio City Music Hall. Ann was allegedly such a nuisance that she was
arrested and forced out of the comedy show. On Sunday night, she posted
about the incident on X, formerly known as Twitter, and shared her side of
   the story.

Her tweet read, "So I was dragged out of @mattrife show tonight in
handcuffs, stating I was using my phone. I had not used my phone. I was
just enjoying the show. 45 minutes in handcuffs, sent to an ambulance and
released. Meanwhile I missed the show I was so looking forward to."

Ann shared a video of the NYPD officers escorting her out of the hall
along with the tweet. In it, she was shouting, "I did nothing wrong! I
didn't touch my phone! I wanted to see Matt Rife because he's a friend of
   mine…and I go to jail!"

Her comment on the video read, "This. Is. Not. A. Bit. Real life, I was
arrested tonight @mattrife show at Radio City Music Hall #wtf." In a
follow-up tweet, Ann explained to her fans that she was only briefly
arrested, and the police released her about 45 minutes later.

The Adult Entertainer Allegedly Constituted A Nuisance At The Show

A source from Rife's show spoke to the New York Post about how Ann
allegedly behaved at the show, which caused her arrest. They explained
that she was recording the show with her phone, which isn't allowed, and
refused to stop when asked to. It was at that point that the NYPD got
involved and asked her to leave.

The source said that Ann "was not removed for the phone, she was removed
because she was disruptive." They added, "She was being very disorderly.
She started getting loud, the police were there, and she started kicking
   them."

Footage obtained and shared by the news outlet showed Ann using her phone
before the police approached her and asked her to leave. She's then shown
throwing her arms around and resisting all peaceful efforts to leave the
hall. It's likely at this point that the adult film star was arrested and
   dragged out.

Matt Rife Has Had A String Of Scandals

Ann's arrest at his comedy show is just another of the scandals that Rife
has had in his comedy career. The 28-year-old, who rose to fame fast over
his viral comedy videos on TikTok, came under fire in November 2023 for
his jokes about domestic violence in his Netflix Comedy Special.

As the special began, Rife shared a story of going to a Baltimore
restaurant with a friend and being served by a waitress with a black eye.
He explained that they questioned why the owner of the place wouldn't ask
the woman to work in the kitchen instead to avoid questions and concerns
   from customers.

Then, Rife joked, "Yeah, but I feel like if she could cook, she wouldn't
have a black eye." The joke was not well received by the crowd, which led
Rife to say that he shared the story to "test the waters" on how fun they
   were.

Once the special premiered, the criticism spread to social media,
especially X and TikTok. One viewer wrote, "Not Matt Rife building his
platform on catering to his female audience and then opening his Netflix
special with a domestic violence joke."

Another person tweeted, "The way women catapulted Matt Rife into
popularity, and the second he gets a comedy special on Netflix, he
immediately betrays them with a joke about domestic violence crazy innit."

He was also slammed for refusing to apologize and making fun of kids with
   special needs.
