      I once petitioned only people who had voted the previous year and one lady   
   told me her mom had been dead five years. So she voted the previous year,   
   when we lost an important local race, a state senator who had been in office   
   forty years. It took me seven years to get my dead mom off the voter roles.   
   And I am told Andrew Cuomo managed to put dead people back on the rolls (from   
   old tapes?) after we spent ten years taking them off. I saw voter cards being   
   torn up, so if they are back, it must be from computer images.
