   Water to Los Angeles flows past San Joaquin Valley farms.   
      
   However the water from those reservoirs cannot reach the canals. It went   
   into the water table, evaporated, or reached the Sacramento.   
      
   Water cannot flow from the Klamath or Columbia or anything in Canada   
   because of these pesky things called mountains.
