[continued from previous message]              but pure partisan, radical left Democrat Party politics, day in and day out,       day in and day out, and God forbid, if he becomes speaker, the only thing       they’re going to do is investigate Trump and his family and Witkoff and       Kushner and the rest of the. They do nothing for this country. Zero for this       country. Open borders, inflation, lousy Obamacare, gutting the military,       undermining law enforcement. That’s what they accomplished. Oh, yeah. Killing       the budget. Massive debt. Massive. Resulting in massive inflation that we’re       still trying to recover from. Trump needs to get involved. Get involved in       what? To negotiate with the Democrats to increase the budget by $1.5       trillion. Why would he do that? And the media know, uh, everything I’m       telling you is correct, but they will never explain it the way I do. This is       why CNN is dead. This is why MSNBC is spun off from NBC. They’re awful.       They’re frauds, they’re fakes, they’re phonies. This is why their hosts are       all ideologues. Not rational people, just ideologues. They paint by the       numbers. Go ahead. Side. To end the shutdown that he’s created. That he has.        How did Trump create a shutdown such as it is? It’s a continuing resolution.       There have been 11 votes in the Senate. The Democrats have voted it down 11       times. Every single Republican, except Rand Paul, who’s a kook, has voted for       it and a few Democrats. So if anything, the Republican vote is bipartisan,       but they can’t overcome the filibusters Fetterman was talking about. So you       don’t need but 41 Democrats to block what they’re trying to do. That is the       Republicans. The bill passed in the House, but it’s blocked in the Senate       because of the filibuster and the Democrats. And they’re saying it’s time       that Trump comes off the sidelines. What does that even mean? Comes off the       sidelines and does what? Agrees to kill the economy, kill the debt, massive       inflation. He’s not Joe Biden. Go ahead. We know that House and Senate, um,       Republicans don’t do anything without getting permission from their boss.       Isn’t this weird, the way he talks. These guys that march behind Joe Biden       right off the edge of the cliff. They were clicking their heels. They had       their favorite shirts on right behind Joe Biden. Oh, I met Joe Biden. The       guy’s as smart as Einstein. I met him. He’s as clever as Mark Twain. Never       seen anybody so involved and so insightful. This is what they were all       saying, remember? And then they talk about everybody following Trump off the       edge. They’re supporting their president and their president is supporting       them. They agree on this. They agree on this. For once, the Republican Party,       except for a couple, is united. And they don’t like it. They don’t like it.       Go ahead. And the reason why there have been no negotiations. Zero       negotiations. Negotiations. There’s the negotiator. Let’s pretend there’s       negotiation. Donald Trump comes in the room. There’s Hakeem Jeffries and       there’s Schumer. All right, what are we going to negotiate? We want $1.5       trillion. We want them for illegal aliens. We want it for able bodied and       able minded individuals. We want to spend an enormous amount of money on this       Obamacare. That’s not working. We invented it. But we want you to help       subsidize it. We got $1.5 trillion worth of new spending. Well, why would I       do that? Trump says, so you’re automatically negotiating. You’re you against       a $1.5 trillion demand. You’re going to undo the big beautiful bill. You’re       going to undo the tax cut, you’re going to undo the caps that you’ve put on       spending. They’re going to run around and say you’re not spending enough.       They’re going to run around and say you’re not doing enough. The Republicans       are going to say, rightly, no, we’re not going along with that. The big       beautiful bill is then reopened and killed. You see what I’m saying, Mr. M.       Producer. You see what I’m saying, Mr. And Mrs. America? Ridiculous. Go       ahead. Shut the government down is because Donald Trump clearly wants the       government shut down. He wants to inflict pain on the American people. And       this will not change until Donald Trump gives Republicans permission to sit       down with Democrats. And as we’ve indicated, we are ready, willing and able       to sit down anytime, any place, with anyone here at the Capitol or back in       the White House to try to enact a bipartisan spending agreement that actually       improves the quality of life of the American people. All right, right on.       Let’s move to Chris Holland in the House, in the Senate. Go ahead. And then       you have Senator Thune saying there should be a new cr. We mentioned this at       the top of the show that would fund the government into December, maybe even       into next year in order to give you guys more time to negotiate. Does that       make sense to you? Would you support that? Well, I don’t think that we       should be reopening the government and not dealing with these fundamental       questions. Not giving Donald Trump. We don’t want to give Donald Trump a       blank check again to continue his lawless activities. And we want to address       these health care issues. So if Senator Thune was serious about this, um, he       wouldn’t be down at the White House whining and dining and patting themselves       on the back during the middle of a government shutdown. He’d be actually       working with us to resolve this. And as you reported earlier, the President       is totally AWOL. I mean, the President is negotiating the Middle East. He’s       given his pal in Argentina $20 billion of taxpayer dollars, but he’s not       negotiating to make sure that we can reopen the United States government.       What do you think of these people? America? Now, Elizabeth Warren, go ahead.       Where does this end? How do you see the off ramp happening? I think it ends       when Donald Trump tells the Republicans, okay, sit down now and negotiate.       Look, they don’t do anything without Donald Trump. I’m m. Genuinely, I don’t       know. What’s happened to the Republicans in the United States Senate is as if       they have all had their spines surgically removed. They only do what Donald       Trump tells them to do. So if Donald Trump tells them to sit down and       negotiate, then they will sit down and negotiate. He claims to be the deal       maker. Okay, tell your guys to sit down and work something out with the       Democrats and then it will happen. Well, that’s her, but she’s not done.       Next cut go. These firings are illegal. They were illegal before the       shutdown, and they are illegal after the shutdown. The shutdown gives Donald       Trump no more power to lay people off en masse like this than he had before.       He had no power to do this. One more. I’m not going to bore you to death       with it. Martin Heinrich. Cut 10 go. Some Republican senators have pushed a       bill that would pay government workers who have not been furloughed as part       of the government shutdown. Those who have been furloughed would still be       without pay. Is this something you would support? I’m not going to pit some       of. My government employees against other government employees. I think that       just gives the President more leverage to really make the situation worse and       treat some government, um, employees with incredible disdain. We’ve already       seen a lot of government Employees fired during the shutdown who didn’t need       to be fired. This is an administration that’s very hostile. To government       employees going over. Sorry, folks, we’re going to hit the break. But you get       the drift.              Segment 4              [continued in next message]              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
