   Hopefully by throwing it and its occupants into the nearest deep body   
   of water and chaining them to the bottom.  Those things are _evil_:   
   they burn as much gas as you'd have to to move four or five people,   
   and by packing more tightly into parking space at curbside they make   
   it even easier to have even _more_ cars in the city.  And then their   
   occupants act like they're doing some good for anyone but themselves   
   by driving them...
