   SEPTA hss no agreement with its transit workers and they've been working   
   without a contract for several months.  In the old days they would've struck   
   the instant the contract expired without a new agreement.   
      
   I think that reflects the awareness that unions are very weak today.  Yet,   
   many write editorials about how unions are killing the American economy,   
   draining our taxes, etc.  Probably Koch Bros. propaganda.
