   Well, that museum is served by both the BMT Astoria Line and IND Queens Blvd   
   line as well as buses.  You probably could take a bus to one of those lines.    
   The MTA trip planner gives various routings.   
      
   I did notice a few open parking spots on the street, and they said they have a   
   discounted pay lot nearby.  Traffic in the immediate neighborhood on a Sunday   
   didn't seem too bad.
