   Can't help you there, but my maternal aunt and her daughter lived in   
   an apartment that overlooked the High Line below 14th Street.  In the   
   1940s and '50s I spent a couple of hours each month watching the   
   boxcabs pushing the cars back and forth.  Ah, memories!
