   With the concentration of service provided today, one can easily take a joy   
   ride for as short or as long as desired.  Many suburban stations are near or   
   within a village which is nice to walk around, and some restaurants to take a   
   meal.  (There is a    
   Hudson Line restaurant festival going on now).  In some places in Nassau and   
   Westchester counties, one might be able to go out on one line, take a surface   
   bus to another station, and return on another line for a circle trip.
