   Six story?  I thought the upper limit for a _basic_ building in NYC was five   
   stories, anything taller needed pumps to get water to the upper floors.   
      
   Also, did the six story buildings have elevators?  I would think it'd be   
   awfully tough to get up to the sixth floor, especially with groceries or   
   carrying a toddler, without them.   
      
   Heck, I think living on the _fourth_ or _fifth_ floor would be tough,   
   especially for people 40s and above.
