   $50 for a visit to City Hall? That is a lot, I have to say. Is there a   
   particular reason that it is so high? Or has it become "cool" and trendy   
   amongst the hipster crowd, thus pushing up demand? If so, then NYCT is   
   probably also taking advantage of that by overcharging the hipsters.
