   DNA, since we (i.e. NYC) don't have Right Turn on Red (that's what "St.   
   Louis Roll" referred to in Chicago -- not full-stopping for a turn) or   
   stop signs (we have traffic lights).   
      
   I've never had occasion to discuss driving behavior with Hudson Countyites.
