   So WPA funds couldn't be justified for use on private facilities.

   The whole thing wasn't nice when I went to find out where PATH would take me   
   if I let it. It's a sort of depressing mix of the last attempt at Beaux Arts   
   trying to mingle with that newfangled Deco thing.
