   It's been a long time since I've used any of the buses   
   into PABT, but looking from the outside and in   
   the tunnel, it seems a lot of the problem is the   
   delay in getting into the terminal and moving the   
   buses out of the way.   
      
   If there was another exit ramp leafing to more parking,   
   so the buses could come in, dump their riders, and   
   then move right on out, would that help any?
