   Dunno, depends how hard it'd manage two fleets, one which can go   
   through the tunnel, one which can't.

   Oh, I assumed there'd still be a bus terminal in NYC since, among   
   other things, not all the buses at the PABT come through the tunnel.   
      
   For people who take the subway to get to their bus, staying on the #7   
   to get to the new bus station would probably give them a total ride   
   that's shorter than the current one, since the subway would presumably   
   not be subject to traffic issues on the helix and NJ 495.
