   This morning, they were replacing the facing on the JSQ administration   
   building,   
   which meant that only one of the four PATH tracks was in use. The 33-HOB trains   
   terminated at Grove St. and reversed from there (on the westbound track); the   
   WTC trains terminated at JSQ (on the westbound outer track) and reversed from   
   there, using the eastbound track in Grove St. for both directions; there was no   
   service to Newark.   
      
   Meanwhile, the bus platforms were closed for ostensibly the same reason, and   
   all   
   buses stopped at identified stretchs of Sip Ave., northbound buses on the north   
   side of the street, southbound on the south side.   
      
   When I returned (leaving from WTC a little after 4), PATH service was   
   completely   
   back to normal, but the buses are still using the street through tomorrow.
