   3. MTA tearing down ads supporting $15 minimum wage   
      
       - The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is tearing down 1,260   
   advertisements supporting a $15 minimum wage. The banners and posters,   
   purchased by union-affiliated Amalgamated Bank, violate a policy the MTA   
   adopted in April banning "ads of a political nature."   
   The agency said its advertising contractor approved the minimum-wage campaign
