   If that means 125 to 63, then yes, because the UES is almost entirely   
   residential.   
      
   It's supposed to connect to the Broadway line, so it could take the bankers   
   et al. direct to Wall St. Less useful if it's just the northern terminus of   
   the Q as it is now. Maybe the R would have to go back to Astoria, and that   
   would free up the Queens Blvd line for the G to actually go somewhere at its   
   northern end like it used to..
