But since the first part is       so short, will it make a significant difference?              If that means 125 to 63, then yes, because the UES is almost entirely       residential.              It's supposed to connect to the Broadway line, so it could take the bankers       et al. direct to Wall St. Less useful if it's just the northern terminus of       the Q as it is now.
