   Considering how far along the project is, that sounds like a conservative   
   estimate.  I believe he tunneling is done, and that's the most unpredictable   
   portion of the work.

   Between 63rd St to 96th St at 2nd Ave and to the east is high density   
   apartment buildings.  These residents will now have a subway all for   
   themselves even closer to their door steps.  It will be well used by   
   existing Lex line riders and will induce new subway trips.
