   Underwear ads for women on their period are too racy for the subway: MTA   
      
   Ads for underwear intended for women on their period are too racy for the   
   subway, according to the MTA's advertising handler.   
      
   The MTA's contractor, Outfront Media, told the underwear company, Thinx, that   
   its posters are "inappropriate" and "suggestive."   
      
   One ad design, to Outfront, bordered on "advocacy" for discussing periods,   
   according to emails provided to the Daily News.
