   Yes, but not until Phase 4 is complete.  There doesn't seem to be a   
   complete solution during Phases 1-3 unless they reroute the Q, but one   
   could argue that the situation is still better than it is today.

   I haven't seen anything about that from MTA so far, but my guess is that   
   they'll extend the G.  Didn't that go to Astoria before the Q did?
