Rt 23 (Germantown Ave--Chestnut Hill/South Philadelphia) will be split into   
   two bus routes.  This was once the longest trolley route in the world.   
      
   The trolley is official "suspended", and the tracks and wire remain.  But no   
   one knows if it ever will come back.
