   I think the 23 was classified as a city streetcar line, while the North Shore   
   was classified as an Interurban, two different types of systems.  Interurban   
   lines could run for hundreds of miles, but city streetcar lines tended to be   
   much shorter.   
      
   What were some long streetcar routes in New York City?
