   Apparently the Calatrava Stegosaurus has appropriated the term "oculus" from   
   the   
   Fulton St. facility (which actually has an oculus, however far back it was   
   scaled because of cost overruns, obviously not something that bothers   
   Christie's   
   Port Authority).   
      
   It was opened to the public today with no ceremony at all. They don't want to   
   draw attention to the fact that it cost well over twice the original estimate,   
   more than $4B.
