   "Sam Sloan" got 5 minutes on Brian Lehrer's program this morning, because he's   
   one of 9 candidates in the Democratic Primary to succeed Charlie Rangel.   
      
   He claimed to be from "the Libertarian Wing of the Democratic Primary" and his   
   first reason for people to vote for him is that he's the only one of the nine   
   who lives in the Bronx.   
      
   He talks a mile a minute and sounds like a less articulate Donald Trump.   
      
   His main claim to fame is that he won one of his lawsuits against the SEC (and   
   lost many others).
