   Yesterday they had two "open houses" (morning and evening) at the station, so   
   people could check out the facility, and they said they'd be handing out maps.   
   Whether those are leaflets about the new route, a la the one last month for the   
   W, or new TheMaps dated January 2017, they didn't say.   
      
   Also, all day yesterday WNYC was doing little bits on the station artworks,   
   some of which sound a cut above average (Chuck Close!). But the page about them   
   at mta.info suggests that the art is only on the mezzanines and above but not   
   at platform level, so it's only for the locals.
