   Um, if you actually look at the article (or for that matter the URL)   
   it includes both the 7th ave Times Sq station and the 8th ave Port   
   Authority station.  It says there's an elevator at Times Sq that goes   
   to the platforms for 1 2 3 7 N R Q W, everything but the shuttle.   
      
   It agrees that the connector between Times Sq and the PABT isn't   
   accessible.
