   I think it was everything.   
      
   A number of those buildings still stand -- they're handsome Beaux Arts   
   structures, not really suitable for redevelopment, and probably too substantial   
   (and too brownfieldish?) to demolish -- like the Uptown Theatre in Chicago,   
   which until Radio City Music Hall was built was the largest theater in the   
   world.   
      
   One of them was/is way west on 59th St.
