   You probably haven't heard that Trump's people are now claiming there was no   
   agreement in 2015 for the Feds to pay half the cost of the new rail tunnel,   
   the one that will replace the one that would have been in operation by now   
   if Chris Christie hadn't had a hissy-fit.
