   I think there is some blurring of the IND and BMT in a few places   
   thanks to newer route interconnections.   
      
   For instance, the R starts off on the BMT in Bay Ridge, but then   
   switches to the IND in Queens en route to Forest Hills.   
      
   Likewise, the M starts off on the BMT but ends up on the IND.
