   Yes to both, but between Washington and Boston they're more likely to   
   fly since that trip is long enough that flying is consistently faster.   
   NY to Phila is only 90 min on the train, way faster than screwing   
   around with taxis to LGA and taxi or the SEPTA train from PHL.   
      
   Both BOS and DCA have good transit connections to downtown which   
   makes flying more attractive.
