   Bullshit.  Nobody ever expected NJT to reopen the AC Line yet   
   it did.  Then NJT built HBLR and the River Line, nobody expected   
   them to happen either.  Heck, no one expected Mid Town Direct.   
   These are just some "pipe dreams" that came to pass.
