   I don't see houn... asking about Light Rail. I see houn... pining for the   
   fjords -- er, the reopening of rail lines that failed decades ago, for   
   good reason.   
      
   And the H"B"LR doesn't even reach Bergen County, and there don't seem to   
   be any plans for it to. Moreover, it was a fluke due to the urban flight   
   across the river after 9/11.
