   But they have the key difference that there are people living there.   
   On the AC line, Atlantic County has 265,000 people, Camden County   
   500,000.   
      
   Port Jervis to Binghhamton goes through nearly empty parts of the   
   Catskills.  Broome county is under 200K, Delaware county under 50K,   
   and neither end of that route is exactly a commuter hub.
