   No, NYC is a long way from integrated ticketing.   
      
   On weekends there is a CityTicket for $4.50 which allows a ride on MNR   
   or LIRR but not both within the city limits minus a few stations.   
   That's still almost twice the subway fare.  Weekday off peak fares are   
   zoned and considerably higher.
